1. Who we are

Draft Brain is operated by the owner of draftbrains.com. We build Chrome browser extensions that provide real-time draft intelligence for fantasy sports players on Underdog Fantasy.

2. What data we collect

Draft Brain is designed to be privacy-first. Here is a complete list of what we collect and why:

• Email address — collected only if you subscribe to a paid plan or sign up for launch notifications. Used solely for subscription management and product updates.
• Payment information — handled entirely by ExtensionPay and Stripe. Draft Brain never sees or stores your credit card number or billing details.
• Subscription status — whether your account is on the free or paid tier. Stored by ExtensionPay to gate access to paid features.

We do not collect:

• Your fantasy lineup data or drafted teams
• Your Underdog Fantasy username or account details
• Your browsing history or activity on Underdog Fantasy
• Any personally identifiable information beyond what is listed above
• Analytics or usage telemetry of any kind

3. Your lineup data

All fantasy lineup data — including your drafted teams, player names, exposure percentages, and pairing counts — is stored exclusively in Chrome's local storage on your own device. This data never leaves your browser.

Specifically:

• Teams you scrape from Underdog Fantasy are saved to chrome.storage.local on your machine only.
• Teams you upload via CSV are parsed locally and stored the same way.
• Your Underdog username, entered in the extension popup, is saved locally and is used only to filter picks within the draft page in your browser.
• No lineup data is transmitted to Draft Brain's servers, third-party analytics, or any other external service.

You can delete all locally stored data at any time by clicking Clear all teams in the extension popup, or by uninstalling the extension from Chrome.

4. Payment information

Draft Brain uses ExtensionPay and Stripe to process payments for Pro subscriptions. When you subscribe:

• Your payment details are entered directly into Stripe's secure payment form and are never seen or stored by Draft Brain.
• ExtensionPay stores your subscription status and associates it with an anonymized identifier used to verify your paid access within the extension.
• Stripe may store your name, email, and payment method in accordance with their own Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies and tracking

The Draft Brain website (draftbrains.com) does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics. We do not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any similar tracking service.

The Draft Brain Chrome extension does not use cookies. It uses chrome.storage.local and chrome.storage.sync solely to store your locally saved lineup data and subscription status — not for tracking purposes.

6. Third-party services

Draft Brain interacts with the following third-party services:

• ExtensionPay (extensionpay.com) — manages subscription status and communicates with our extension to verify paid access. See their Privacy Policy.
• Stripe (stripe.com) — processes payment transactions securely. See their Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com) — used on the draftbrains.com website for typography. Google may log requests in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

The extension itself only makes network requests to extensionpay.com for subscription verification. It makes no requests to Draft Brain's own servers regarding your lineup data.

7. Data retention

Lineup data: Retained indefinitely in Chrome's local storage on your device until you clear it manually (via the extension popup) or uninstall the extension.

Subscription data: Retained by ExtensionPay for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter for billing and legal compliance purposes.

Email addresses (notification sign-ups): Retained until you unsubscribe. We will not send marketing emails without your consent.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data. Note that lineup data is held only on your device — you can delete it yourself at any time.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Portability: Request your data in a portable format.
• Opt-out: Unsubscribe from any email communications at any time.

9. Children's privacy

Draft Brain is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@draftbrains.com and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Last updated date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify active subscribers by email.

Your continued use of Draft Brain after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
